Assistant Manager, Operations

Experience 3-7 years

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate with client to complete formalities for setting up their investment and other related accounts.
  • To help client complete their investment related transactions.
  • To take care of the back office and liaison with other partners for operations related work.
  • To work on MIS and other internal data related to business.
  • Follow up with the clients for pendency’s and fulfilling their requirement.
  • Updating the Advisors on the client portfolio and assist them in resolving their queries.
  • Filling in the required documents for compliance.
  • To ensure each and every client gets best possible service.

 

Desired profile of the candidate

  • Graduate / BE/ MCA/ MBA
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emailing)
  • Good knowledge of Financial Operations
  • Experience of 3-7 years in same and allied industry.

Location of posting Delhi

Skilled at Client Handling, Product management, Markets & Portfolio Analysis. Should be managing relationships with average size of 5-6 crs and overall book size of 100 crs.

Portfolio Management, Client Issue Resolution, Growing client asset size with prudent money management and exceptional service.

Qualifications: CFA, CA, MBA

Experience: 10-15 years
